When does the registration start?

The registration begins at May 28th of 2018.

What is the last registration date?

You can register online until November 9th, 2018.

You can register at the venue of the event from November 10th to 13th of 2018.

When does the registration fee change?

From September 7th, the new registration fee applies.

What are group discount rates?

They are the special rates that are granted to groups of 5,10, 15 or 20 persons that attend representing the same company.

When should I request the group discount rate?

Before making the registration of each of the members of the group.

How do I apply for the discount rate?

  You must send an email to groups@apla.com.ar  with the following information:

1- Number of participants

2- Method of payment: Individual payment or a single payment for the total of the participants.

 

Once the discount rate has been applied by groups, the number of participants requested must be respected.

 

Is there a refund if I cancel the registration?

Yes, refunds will be made considering the following deadlines:

Until September 11th, 2018

Between September 12th and October 11th

From October 12th

No show

70% of the subscriber will be refunded.

50% of the subscriber will be refunded.

There will be no refund.

 

There will be no refund.

 

Can I replace my attendance a companion from the same company?

Substitution of a delegate by another member of the same company is always permitted without charge.

When will the refunds be made in case of cancellation?

Refunds will be made after the Meeting.

 

About host hotel:

What is the host hotel?

The main hotel is Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach.

When can I book a room at the main hotel?

To access the reservation of the hotel hosting the meeting, the registration fee must be paid.

 

About Meeting spaces reservation:

When can I book a Meeting space?

You can make your selection of Meeting space from April 9th to 27th inclusive.

How can I book a Meeting Space?

You can choose the space you want to acquire (select at least three spaces).

How are meeting spaces assigned?

If more than one company requires the same space, allocation will be assigned taking into account the following conditions:

1) That the company is an APLA member. (*)

2) That the company is an Annual Supporter of APLA.

3) Number of registered people in the 37th Annual Latin American Petrochemical Meeting.

(*) To access the benefit, the fee must be paid.

When will the assignation of meeting spaces be informed?

From May 9th of 2018.

When is the meeting space assigned confirmed?

With the payment of it.

 

Dress code:

Casual Business: No Jacket nor tie are required.
